SpongeBob SquarePants is the Malay dub of SpongeBob SquarePants. It is currently broadcast in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore on Nickelodeon and on TV3 (Malaysia Bananana! Block). It is part of International SpongeBob SquarePants.
The timeslots for the show are 6:00AM to 7:00AM, 3:00PM to 3:30PM, 4:30PM to 5:00PM and 9:00PM to 10:00PM on weekdays, 6:00PM to 6:30PM and 9:00PM to 10:00PM on Tuesdays and 6:00AM to 7:00AM, 2:00PM to 3:00PM and 8:30PM to 10:00PM on weekends.

- Unlike most other SpongeBob SquarePants international dubs, this version retains the original English title.
- The same can be applied to the Dutch, European Portuguese, Filipino, Irish, and Urdu dubs.
- As of season 8, the Malay narrator will translate the title cards into Malay.
- The same can be applied to the Dutch, European Portuguese, Filipino, Irish, and Urdu dubs.
- Since the series' first airing in Malaysia, the intro was kept intact in original English in all Malaysian airings. But starting from the thirteenth season, the theme song was finally translated and dubbed in Malay.[2][3]
- In late March 2019, Nickelodeon Malaysia's show slot on TV9 was transferred to TV3 under a new name, Nickelodeon Bananana! TV3. Nickelodeon shows can be watched on Nickelodeon Bananana TV3 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am from Monday to Friday, and on Sunday from 5:00 pm until 5:30 pm.
- Formerly, the show was showing at TV3 and TV9 alongside other Nickelodeon shows in 2021, because of the TV company not renewing license rights or expiry of the show's license rights.
