Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years is a spin-off series that acts as a prequel to SpongeBob SquarePants. It premiered on Paramount+ (formerly known as CBS All Access) in the United States on March 4, 2021.[1][2] It is animated in CGI.

It features younger versions of the main characters from the original show. SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, and Sandy are campers; Mrs. Puff and Mr. Krabs are camp counselors; Pearl is a baby; Plankton and Karen are camp chefs; and Gary is a formerly-stray snail who becomes SpongeBob's pet.

The first 6 episodes were released on March 4, 2021, along with the third movie, The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run. On August 11, 2021, the series was renewed for season 2.[3] The final episodes of season 1 were released on May 26, 2023. The second and final season was released in full on July 10, 2024.[4]
